The Ultimate Team Building Communication Program
Starts February 2020

About the Program

Are you ready to make 2020 the best year yet? Register for the Ultimate Team Building Program, an in-depth 8 week program where you will really learn the DISC system. We've customized the program for business and sales professionals to strengthen and build your team and improve your sales. 


There are 2 easy steps to complete your registration and takes less than 3 minutes to complete. 50% of payment will be invoiced to you after you register. The remaining 50% will be due before session 5.

Schedule

The first program is being offered via Zoom Video and will start February 2020. Each session is 45 minutes and there are a total of 8 sessions for a total of 6 hours. We have scheduled a one week break.  Select your schedule preference in the registration form below (majority wins):

 

Schedule A: Tuesdays would be:
Starting February 4, 11, 18, 25 with a one week break and then, March 10, 17, 24, 31

Schedule B: Thursdays would be:
Starting January 30, February 6, 13, 20 with a one week break and then, March 5, 12, 19, 26.

 

Online DISC Self Assessment

Each participant completes an online assessment prior to the sessions starting. The assessment takes no more than 20 minutes to complete. The difference in the program is in cost of the materials between the two models.

 

The Team Building Model provides a 6 page individual personalized report with an 11 page Interaction Guide (you compared to another team member, who has also taken the online assessment). ($249)

The Sales Model is comprehensive because it focuses on more in-depth assessments during sales situations. It provides a 20 page individualized report with an 11 page Comparison Report, (you compared to another team member, who has also taken the online assessment) ($349)

Both models include 6 sessions with Linda Williams and 2 additional sessions with Mari Peterson of Marketing Outpost who will focus on applying the information to marketing in your business.
