The program can be offered in-person and/or via Zoom Video. Scheduling and meeting are tailored to your availability. The workshop sessions are designed to maximize learning and application.

Online DISC Self Assessment

Each participant completes an online assessment prior to the sessions starting. The assessment takes no more than 20 minutes to complete. The difference in the program is in the cost of the materials between the two models.

 

Foundation Level: Team Building Model provides a 6-page individual personalized report with an 11-page Interaction Guide (you compared to another team member, who has also taken the online assessment).

Comprehensive Level: The Workplace/Sales Model is comprehensive because it focuses on more in-depth assessments during sales situations. It provides a 20-page individualized report with an 11 page Comparison Report, (you compared to another team member, who has also taken the online assessment)
